Small and unassuming. Most likely often overlooked. Yet this building still has charm in its simple design. It also boasts some of the best views in Abu Dhabi, fronting onto the Al Horn site across the road.

Side note: the adjacent plot has recently seen the introduction of a small park featuring lots of planting, seating, shading and play equipment. Is this an initiative by DMT? I like it!
