Another building (three actually) that can be spotted along the Abu Dhabi - Al Ain road. Currently vacant, I’m not sure whether this one will be demolished or renovated.

Some lovely detailing with the patterned screens above the arches, ceramic tiling to large swathes of the facade, and long vertical grooves used to define the arches and to break up the facade.
