A distant relative of Al Shaheen Tower (see post 14 in this series)?

Who knew that a combination of beige and mint green could work so well! This building sits close to the corniche and addresses a busy family park, allowing the length of its elevation to really shine. Each unit appears to be double height and has a full length balcony to boot. Both ends of the building feature a lovely sculptural staircase. Anyone else reminded of candy?
