NO. 095 - AL HAMILI BUILDING

This is a relatively simple building currently undergoing a bit of a renovation. However, it stands out on the street as it’s surrounded by more modern glass and aluminum clad towers.

I particularly like the recessed balconies which incorporate the arch cut-outs (also used on the side elevations and to the perimeter of the overhang above the ground floor), and the bold use of colour.
