NO.034 - HARIB BIN SULTAN BUILDING, ELECTRA STREET

Located on the junction of Electra Street and Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street, the Harib Bin Sultan building stands on a corner plot overlooking the Cultural Foundation and one of the City’s busiest intersections. Defining the corner at podium level, the upper floors consist of apartments in a concave slab form of clean geometry emphasizing the horizontal.

It appears that in more recent times, the building ownership may have been split - hence the two different treatments visible in the photographs.
